Poppy Seed Coffeecake
Easy, delicious
Yield: Serves 16 - 20
Ingredients

flour
|

baking powder

| 1 |

vegetable oil
|
|
|
| 1 |
cup |
evaporated milk
|
|
|
| 2 |

eggs, beaten
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
vanilla
|
|
|
| 1 |
tablespoon |
poppy seeds
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Topping:
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
brown sugar, packed
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
chopped nuts
|
|
|
Directions:
Place sugar, flour, baking powder, oil, milk, eggs, vanilla and poppy seeds in mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 F. for 35 - 40 minutes.
