Spicy Burgers
Yield: Makes 8 servings
Ingredients

ground meat (beef or turkey)

Worcestershire sauce

salsa
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
teaspoon |
ground cumin
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
onion powder
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
garlic powder
|
|
|
| 8 |
leaves |
lettuce
|
|
|
| 8 |

whole wheat hamburger buns
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine meat, Worcestershire sauce, salsa, cumin, onion powder and garlic powder; cover and chill 30 minutes.
Divide mixture into eight equal portions, shaping each into 1/2- inch thick patty. Grill about 4 minutes on each side. Place hamburger and lettuce leaf in each bun.
